How to become a member

The guild is always looking to extend their membership. All potential members are selected through a jury process to ensure that their craft is of a good standard.

The Jury Process

Makers interested in becoming a member will be invited to attend a jury session. You will be asked to bring a small selection of your work to show the jury, who is made up of 3 to 4 current members. You will be encouraged to talk about your work and the jury will ask you questions. It is an informal process and usually takes place as necessary.

Membership

There is an annual subscription fee of £30, which gives you a newsletter, opportunity to exhibit at approx. 3 exhibitions per year, a page on this website and connection to a network of crafts people in the county.

If you are interested in becoming a member please contact us.
